Recipe of the Season Spring 2019

Applicable for:     Light meal or side dish


           500 g         SANOVO/OVODAN Pasteurized liquid whole egg

             50 g         Lactosan Premium Cream Cheese Powder

           400 g         Green asparagus

           100 g         Lactosan Parmesan Powder

             50 g         Water

                             Fresh herbs for decoration


  1. Whisk eggs and Cheese powder and water.
  2. Place asparagus in a baking tin with baking paper.
  3. Pour the egg mix over the asparagus.
  4. Cover the baking tin with silver foil.
  5. Bake in the oven for approx. 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
  6. Decorate with fresh herbs before serving.
