SANOVO EGG GROUP agreement in Venezuela
June 2nd, 2010 In September 2009 SANOVO reached an agreement with Alimentos Polarand now has the disposition majority in the company Productos Danimex. Alimentos Polarand is the largest food company in Venezuela and owner of 40% of Productos Danimex. SANOVO will from now on be responsible for running Productos Danimex in Venezuela which should lead to a more efficient management of the company so as to continue and consolidate the growth of this operation in Venezuela.
