Information about DERVO and DEROVO agreement

Per January 1, 2010 Lactosan-Sanovo Holding A/S has sold the assets excluding land and buildings together with the business of the companies Dervo and Eggmax in Spain to the Portuguese co-operative Derovo. At the same time Lactosan-Sanovo Holding A/S entered into a close co-operation with Derovo, and together with a Spanish local investment fond. The three parties have become owners of a totally new-built egg product factory, Ovofoods, in the northern part of Spain. Ovofoods will be the first factory of its kind, in all of Spain, to produce egg white powders. Both Lactosan-Sanovo Holding A/S and Derovo expect considerable advantages from this co-operation.
