Derivados del Huevo S.A. (Dervo) in Spain a company belonging to the SANOVO GROUP of companies and Derovo in Portugal have decided as per March 1, 2009 to enter into a close working relationship.

Each company will continue as separate legal units with present ownership.

The parties have been working together since March 1, 2008 in their joint owned partnership EggMax located in Segovia, Spain producing boiled peeled eggs.
